Data Deletion Request

Outloop respects your right to request deletion of personal data.
This page explains how to request deletion of Outloop account data or personal data connected to Meta Platform access.

How to request deletion
To request deletion, email support@outloop.co.
Use this subject line:
Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- The email address used with Outloop.
- Your company or organization name, if applicable.
- Whether your request relates to Meta Platform access.
- A short description of the data you want deleted.
Do not include API keys, access tokens, Authorization headers, passwords, secret-bearing files, screenshots containing secrets, or private credentials in your request.
Meta Platform Data
If your request relates to Meta Platform Data, please state that clearly in your email.
Outloop may process Meta Platform Data only for authorized advertising workflows, such as reporting, account review, campaign structure review, budget checks, or approved campaign operations for ad accounts that the user is authorized to manage.
Outloop does not sell Meta Platform Data.
Outloop does not use Meta Platform Data for data brokerage.
Outloop does not use Meta Platform Data for unrelated advertising targeting.
Outloop does not ask users to send Meta access tokens or API secrets by email.
What we may delete
Depending on your request and applicable law, we may delete or remove:
- Outloop account contact information
- Support request records
- Activation or license metadata connected to your account
- Safe account metadata stored by Outloop Cloud
- Personal data connected to your use of Outloop
- Meta Platform Data held by Outloop, if any exists and deletion is required
What Outloop does not store in the cloud
Outloop is designed as a local-first product.
Outloop Cloud is not a vault and is not intended to store customer API secrets.
Outloop Cloud should not receive or store:
- Customer API keys
- Bearer tokens
- OAuth refresh tokens for customer APIs
- Authorization headers
.envfile contents- macOS Keychain values
- Local project files
- Raw local audit logs
- Raw API Bridge request bodies
- Raw API Bridge responses
If these items exist locally on your device, they may need to be removed from your local Outloop app, local machine, browser, or connected service directly.
Verification
For security, we may need to verify that you are authorized to make the deletion request.
We may ask you to confirm account ownership or provide limited identifying information.
We will never ask you to send API keys, passwords, access tokens, or secret-bearing files.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge valid deletion requests within 7 business days.
We will process valid deletion requests as required by applicable law.
Some information may be retained when necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
