I built Outloop after running real client work and seeing the same problem repeatedly: AI models were becoming capable enough to do the work, but they still lacked the workplace around them—the right context, files, tools, systems, permissions and approved access.

Built from running client work
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked across marketing, creative, data and systems. For the last 7+ years, I’ve been running a digital marketing agency: client delivery, ad accounts, reports, creative briefs and all the coordination around them.
When AI agents became practical, I put them inside those workflows—Google Ads analysis, reporting, Drive assets, project management and client updates. Working across clients exposed the missing infrastructure: scattered context, repeated setup, files and accounts that had to stay separate, and a person filling the gaps between every step.
What I believe
“A real AI worker needs a workplace, not just a chat window.”
The model is the brain. The computer is the workplace. APIs and browsers are the hands. Context and reviewed learning are the memory. Outloop controls which systems, clients and resources the worker is allowed to use.
That workplace needs to persist: a computer or operating environment, Context, files, Skills, approved API and browser access, business systems, permissions, memory and continuity between tasks. A useful worker needs somewhere to pick up where the last task ended.
Humans lead.
AI workers execute.
Outloop keeps the workforce running.
Humans define the goals, exercise judgment and set the boundaries. AI workers execute within them. My thesis is that models can change while the company’s workplace, knowledge and infrastructure remain. The value should accumulate in the company’s way of working.
What we’re building—and what is real today
Outloop is the access, separation, policy and runtime layer for AI workers operating inside real systems. Your company supplies and controls the computer or environment, and chooses the model and agent runtime. Outloop does not supply computers, hosted compute or models.
The product today: Outloop connects approved access to the right client workspace, applies permissions and resource boundaries, and records actions in a redacted audit trail. Agents use approved credentials without seeing the raw values. Available workflows and their setup requirements are described in the capability catalog.
The longer-term vision: a persistent AI workforce, supported by company-owned workplaces, reusable Skills, reviewed learning and continuity across work. Broader autonomy and automatic knowledge compounding are a direction—not a claim that a fully autonomous workforce is already shipped. Learning that becomes company knowledge needs human review and approval.
