Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Outloop, a software product of ARGAMAN X MEDIA LTD (“Outloop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Paid subscriptions and commercial access
Outloop may offer paid subscriptions, paid onboarding, commercial beta access, or other paid software access plans.
Plan details, pricing, billing interval, and payment terms will be shown before purchase or confirmed during the commercial onboarding process.
2. First purchase refund window
Unless a different written agreement applies, we intend to offer a 30-day refund window for a customer’s first paid purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your first paid purchase, contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date at support@outloop.co.
3. Subscription renewals
Refunds for renewal payments may be reviewed case by case.
To avoid renewal charges, you are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date.
4. Abuse, fraud, and prohibited use
We may refuse a refund where we reasonably believe that the request is connected to:
- Fraud
- Abuse
- Chargeback misuse
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Unauthorized access
- Credential misuse
- Security abuse
- Other prohibited or unlawful activity
5. Paddle payments
When Paddle checkout is activated, payments may be processed by Paddle as merchant of record.
Paddle may handle payment processing, invoices, tax calculation, refunds, chargebacks, and payment-related buyer support.
If your purchase was processed by Paddle, you may also be able to request payment-related support through Paddle’s buyer support channels.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact support@outloop.co.
Please include:
- The email address used for purchase
- Company name, if applicable
- Order or invoice reference, if available
- A short explanation of the request
Do not include API keys, passwords, Bearer tokens, Authorization headers, .env contents, or other secrets in your refund request.
7. Refund timing
If a refund is approved, the timing of the refund may depend on the payment method, payment processor, card network, bank, and country.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
