Is becoming an Outloop Implementation Partner employment?

No. This is a partner relationship, not employment. Commercial terms — implementation fees, ongoing service revenue, how Outloop may match you with customers — are agreed per engagement; we are not publishing fixed commission percentages or guaranteed volumes at this stage.

Will Outloop guarantee me customer leads?

No. Outloop is starting a founder-led implementation motion and building the partner program alongside it. We may match approved partners with suitable customers when fit exists, but we do not promise lead volume or income.

Do I need to be a developer?

You need to be comfortable with APIs, OAuth, and agent tooling well enough to configure and validate a real integration — but the role is about diagnosing a workflow and delivering it for a client, not shipping product code for Outloop itself.

Is training provided?

Yes. Approved applicants go through structured training on the Outloop product and methodology before taking on a supervised first engagement.

Can I use Outloop with my own existing customers?

That's the expected shape of the work — most partners will already have, or be building, an agency client base they implement Outloop for.

Is "Certified Outloop Implementation Partner" a real credential yet?

Not yet. We're not using "certified" publicly until certification criteria and a verification process actually exist. Right now this is a founding cohort, evaluated case by case.

What security rules apply to partners?

The same ones that apply everywhere in Outloop: agents request approved actions, never raw credentials; secrets stay in the customer's approved backend; client workspaces stay separated; every action is logged to a redacted audit. Partners never place a customer's API key in a chat, document, repo, or project folder.

What happens after I apply?

We review applications manually and reach out to schedule a fit interview if there's a match. Because this is a founding cohort, response time and cohort size are not fixed.

Is this program the same as being a "Forward Deployed Engineer"?

It's closely related. Some people use "Forward-Deployed Engineering" to describe embedding with a company to bridge software into its real operations — which is close to what an Outloop Implementation Partner does for agencies deploying Outloop specifically. We don't use FDE as the program's primary name (it's an established, employer-specific title at places like Palantir, OpenAI, and Anthropic), but if that's the language you use for this kind of work, this is the right program.

An Outloop Implementation Partner helps agencies move an AI agent workflow from demo to real client work — using Outloop as the access layer.

AI agents are capable, but agencies struggle to deploy them across real client systems: another account, another workspace, another API, another permission model, every time. An implementation partner learns the Outloop methodology, maps a client's systems, configures approved access, implements one agreed workflow, trains the team, and helps the agency reach a first working proof. This is a founding cohort — matched manually, not a public marketplace yet.

This isn't a pitch for one-off freelance tasks. It's an early, deliberately small cohort — real agencies, real workflows, structured training, and a role Outloop plans to build into a lasting practice opportunity as the ecosystem grows.

What the role involves

→Learn the Outloop methodology and product through structured training
→Understand the agency's operating workflow and desired business result
→Map the client systems, accounts, workspaces, and resources involved
→Configure approved Outloop access — never raw credentials in chats, docs, or files
→Implement the one workflow agreed during the intro call
→Validate it against the agency's real environment
→Train the agency's team to run and extend it
→Document what was implemented and help the agency reach a first successful proof
→Surface product gaps back to Outloop; scope further workflow expansion separately

Partners never receive or place raw credentials in chats, documents, repositories, project folders, or skill files — configuration goes through Outloop's approved-access flow, same as any other user.

Who's a strong fit
