Build an implementation practice around Outloop

Sometimes called Forward-Deployed Engineering — bridging Outloop and AI-agent infrastructure directly into an agency's real operations.

Last updated:

In short

An Outloop Implementation Partner helps agencies move an AI agent workflow from demo to real client work — using Outloop as the access layer.

AI agents are capable, but agencies struggle to deploy them across real client systems: another account, another workspace, another API, another permission model, every time. An implementation partner learns the Outloop methodology, maps a client's systems, configures approved access, implements one agreed workflow, trains the team, and helps the agency reach a first working proof. This is a founding cohort — matched manually, not a public marketplace yet.

This isn't a pitch for one-off freelance tasks. It's an early, deliberately small cohort — real agencies, real workflows, structured training, and a role Outloop plans to build into a lasting practice opportunity as the ecosystem grows.

What the role involves

Partners never receive or place raw credentials in chats, documents, repositories, project folders, or skill files — configuration goes through Outloop's approved-access flow, same as any other user.

Who's a strong fit

Good fit

  • Real customer-facing implementation experience — not just personal projects
  • Comfortable talking to agency owners and operational teams, not just engineers
  • Practical understanding of AI agents, APIs, and OAuth — you've actually wired one up
  • Used at least one of Claude Code, Codex, Cowork, Hermes, OpenClaw, Cursor, or a comparable agent environment
  • Some exposure to agency-stack systems — Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Search Console, Airtable, Drive, a CRM
  • Diagnoses a workflow instead of forcing a generic automation template onto it
  • Willing to follow the access, client-isolation, and proof standards Outloop requires

Not a fit right now

  • Prompt-only or "I'll write you some ChatGPT prompts" work
  • Generic chatbot building with no real integration experience
  • No customer-facing delivery experience
  • Comfortable telling a client to paste an API key into a chat or project folder
  • Can't keep different clients' accounts and data cleanly separated
  • Expects a guaranteed pipeline of leads without doing implementation work

How the process works

  1. 01

    Application

Tell us about your experience and one real workflow you've implemented for someone.

  2. 02

    Fit interview

A conversation, not a form review — we want to know how you actually work with clients.

  3. 03

    Training

Structured onboarding on the Outloop product, methodology, and access/security standards.

  4. 04

    Practical assessment

A bounded, supervised exercise before you touch a real customer.

  5. 05

    First engagement

Your first real implementation runs supervised, with Outloop involved.

  6. 06

    Ongoing approval

Further matching is based on verified delivery quality, not a one-time badge.
