Confidentiality without a business lock-in
Our requested NDA framework is mutual confidentiality and limited use of disclosed information, with non-exclusivity, independent business activity and retained intellectual-property ownership. It is intended for business relationships across industries. These are review principles, not binding terms offered by this page.
Qualified legal counsel must review the NDA and any partnership-specific terms before publication or execution.
Private review, approved documents
Public documentation explains data categories, processing locations, controls and limitations. Proprietary implementation details and internal security evidence are not published here.
For a deeper review, support first confirms the reviewer and review scope. Relevant materials can then be shared privately with authorized reviewers, under NDA where appropriate. Materials are limited to what the review requires; a request or NDA does not automatically grant access to source code or all internal documents.
NDA and DPA requests start a review; they do not create an agreement. Support confirms availability, and qualified counsel must approve contractual terms before publication or execution.
